ABOUT

Hi, I'm Tuba.

Software engineer exploring artificial intelligence, computing systems, and research-driven engineering.

I approach software engineering through research and experimentation. I’m interested in how ideas become systems that can be built, tested, and understood—from artificial intelligence and machine learning to the computing systems that support them.

My process starts with a question: understand the assumptions, develop a method, and test it through a prototype or experiment. Performance, numerical methods, and practical constraints help shape the next decision. Sharing the reasoning and what I learn is part of that process: research, build, publish.

APPROACH

How I Think.

My approach to research, engineering, and problem-solving.

  1. Question the Assumptions

Before choosing a method, I ask why it is used, what it assumes, and under which conditions it holds. Understanding those limits helps me frame a better question and make a more informed engineering decision.

  2. Build to Understand

A prototype makes an idea testable. I use experiments and practical implementations to connect theory with system behavior, examine trade-offs, and revise the approach when the evidence calls for it.

  3. Share What You Discover

I aim to explain what was tried, why a decision was made, and what remains uncertain. Sharing the reasoning, limitations, and lessons makes the work easier to examine, reproduce, and build on.
